Registration for Authors

Papers may be submitted by a single author or group of authors. For each paper, a single ``presenting author`` is designated on the paper submission website - usually the person who will present the paper at the Conference. The presenting authors for each paper will be required to pay a Presenting Author Fee at the following applicable rate:
• AES Members (Life Member/ Fellow/ Member/Associate categories): $99
• Non AES Members: $224

Press Registration

As representatives of the press, we would like to give you the opportunity to report first-hand on current topics in the audio education sector. For this purpose, you as a journalist or editor have the opportunity to attend our event free of charge.
Press Badges are limited to individuals working for publications and media outlets deemed relevant to the industry by the AES.

If you are interested in participation to the AES 2021 Audio Education Conference we would like to ask you to send an email to with your press credentials and information on the medium for which reporting is planned. Accreditation is granted exclusively for the purpose of journalistic reporting.

The AES reserves the right to further review proof of journalistic activity, even if a press card is presented.
The AES reserves the right to refuse or revoke credentials at any time.
