Registration for Authors
Papers may be submitted by a single author or group of authors. For each paper, a single ``presenting author`` is designated on the paper submission website - usually the person who will present the paper at the Conference. The presenting authors for each paper will be required to pay a Presenting Author Fee at the following applicable rate:
• AES Members: $139*
• Non AES Members: $264*
• Student AES Members: $99*
* presenting Authors: Please do not register! You will receive an invoice from AES
As representatives of the press, we would like to give you the opportunity to report first-hand on current topics in the professional audio industry. For this purpose, you as a journalist or editor have the opportunity to attend our Convention free of charge.
Press Badges are limited to individuals working for publications and media outlets deemed relevant to the industry by the AES.
