The Audio Engineering Society strives to support all event registrants in having a positive experience at the AES Show. If you have a particular accessibility need or specific accommodation request that would support your ability to participate in this year’s AES Show, please contact our registration team through the form below. If you will be attending with a personal care attendant, interpreter, or travel companion, please contact us so they can be supplied with a separate, complimentary registration, and documented for security and capacity purposes.

Hotel & Venue Accessibility

The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Conference Center offers a number of services to ensure guests of all abilities feel welcome. An Accessibility Guide is available on their website. We encourage you to contact the hotel directly with any particular questions or concerns to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

Special events outside of the Opryland Resort may have different capabilities to accommodate and facilitate. Please contact us before registering for studio tours and other offsite events so we can be sure to understand your particular needs.

As a community dedicated to the science, art, and practice of audio engineering, we recognize the profound power of listening and the history that has made our work possible. The 2026 AES Show is hosted on the ancestral territories of the Cherokee, Shawnee, Choctaw, Chickasaw, and Muscogee (Creek) nations, who sang, spoke, told stories and made music on this land for millennia. We honor their voices and heritage, acknowledge the Indigenous creators and engineers active in our profession today, and commit to amplifying diverse perspectives across the global audio community.

All attendees, exhibitors, presenters, and staff of the event are expected to uphold the AES’ Code of Conduct and share any concerns immediately with the event organizers.
